Lastly and considered least important yet should always be considered are supplements. Supplements are exactly that! So many people replace food for supplements when real food should be at the forefront of any diet. When I do diet plans the first question I am met with (generally from the enthusiastic male) is what supplements do I need before anything has been put into place. So many are looking ...for that magic potion and quick fix to get them their results which generally stems from laziness.


My top 5 supplements that have been widely researched and backed up by numerous studies are

1. Whey protein powder
2. Creatine
